About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced merchandiser with an eye for detail and ready to join our dynamic team. LINCOLN, a proud, family-owned business established in ****, is looking for a dynamic Specialist Merchandiser to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be representing one of Global clients across Bunnings, Kmart and Officeworks.
n
You must have a minimum of 1 year of
merchandising/sales
experience. We highly value candidates who bring a strong background in retail or the hardware channel.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Merchandising Excellence: Maintain client product ranges strictly in line with store plan-o-grams.
n
Stock Management: Ensure stock in bays is completely full by down-filling from hand stock and other store locations.
n
Sales Maximization: Secure prominent off-location displays of key product lines to maximize consumer sales.
n
Presentation Standards: Ensure client stock is on display in a clean,



saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.
n
Inventory Control: Manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonal variation
n
Territory Maintenance: Manage and grow your allocated territory in line with company expectations.
n

Strong Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and sharp organizational skills.

Autonomy: A proven ability to work independently and commit to achieving set targets and daily duties in-store.

The Essentials: A current, valid driver's licence and vehicle.

Physical Capability: Fully able to climb ladders, pull stock from top shelves, and work at a fast pace.

Professionalism: Highly reliable, well-presented, and tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of computers.

Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by solid problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
