Your Recent Role

As Store Manager of the Eastland boutique, you will lead a close-knit team, grow a loyal customer base and take ownership of the store's commercial and operational performance.

Coach your team to deliver personalised styling and exceptional service.
n
Build customer loyalty through appointments, clienteling, events and regular follow-up.
n
Drive sales by developing your team across KPIs, styling and customer engagement.
n
Manage rosters, wages, stock, recruitment and daily operations.




n
Maintain strong visual merchandising, window displays and promotional execution.
n
Review performance and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity and customer retention.
n

The Experience Checklist

Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager background within fashion, boutique or premium retail.
n
Genuine passion for styling, fashion and building lasting customer relationships.
n
Proven ability to grow a loyal customer base through personalised service and selling.
n
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
n
Commercial confidence across KPIs, wages, rosters and store operations.
n
Strong visual merchandising skills and pride in maintaining a beautifully presented boutique.
