Design and execute enterprise architecture service engagements for customers
n
Conduct comprehensive discovery and assessment of legacy applications to determine appropriate modernisation pathways using established frameworks
n
Evaluate application interdependencies, data flows, and integration patterns to inform migration strategies
n
Develop business capability-led modernisation strategies that articulate clear business value and ROI
n
Design target state architectures leveraging platform / cloud native services and contemporary integration patterns
n
Design and implement AI solutions
n
Create detailed migration roadmaps with phased delivery approaches and risk mitigation strategies
n
Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate findings and build consensus around recommended approaches
n
Produce executive-ready documentation including technical specifications and business cases
n
Contribute to practice development, methodologies, and reusable assets
n
n
Required Experience
n
n
10+ years in enterprise architecture with demonstrable experience in large-scale systems integration and application modernisation programs
n
Experience in Dynamics365, CRM transformation, Contact Centre transformation, would be preferred.
n
Experience of AI agent development, hands‐on implementation and use of AI in architecture services delivery
n
Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services and cloud‐native architecture patterns
n
Experience assessing and modernising legacy systems including mainframe environments
n
Familiarity with API‐led integration strategies and platforms
n
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to C‐level stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
n
Experience working in consulting or systems integration environments
n
Industry certifications for architecture
n
Experience in hospitals, healthcare, insurance or other regulated industries
n
Familiarity with modernisation assessment tools and automated code analysis
n
Understanding of Australian regulatory and compliance requirements
