Role Overview Carrier Australia is looking for a motivated and reliable Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced HVAC technicians, gain practical industry experience and work towards becoming a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician.
You'll combine on-the-job training with formal TAFE studies, gaining exposure to the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.




Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
Learn how to fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Assist with preventative maintenance and servicing.
Support the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Follow Carrier's health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Attend TAFE and complete all required apprenticeship training and assessments.
Develop your technical knowledge and practical skills through hands-on experience.
Work professionally with customers and colleagues across a range of customer sites.
