Experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens HACCP/Food Safety knowledge Confident in a fast-paced, skilled kitchen To Be Considered, You'll Need (or be willing to obtain): ✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) ✔️ National Police Check (within 6 months) ✔️ Food Safety Certificate ✔️ Full Australian working rights ✔️ Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years ✔️ S11 Certificate ✔️ 4x4 Certificate (desirable) Ready to cook up your next big opportunity?
