About the role
We're seeking a compassionate and reliable
Support Worker
to provide meaningful support to a friendly client based in
Oakhurst
.
In this rewarding role, you'll help the client maintain their independence, daily routines, and community connections through companionship and supported access to activities.
You will also assist with medication prompting and administration.
Up to
20 hours per week
AM
shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 9am to 11am.
PM shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm to 8pm
