Staff Specialist Neurologist – 1.0 FTE The position offers a broad scope of general neurology practice, providing specialist care across outpatient and inpatient settings within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
You will work alongside experienced medical, nursing and allied health teams, managing a varied caseload and supporting the continued development of neurological services across the region.
Key aspects of the role include: Assessment and management of a broad range of neurological conditions Delivery of outpatient neurology clinics and inpatient consultation services Management of acute and complex neurological presentations Collaboration with General Medicine, Emergency Medicine and relevant allied health services Participation in multidisciplinary care planning Contribution to clinical governance, quality improvement and service development Teaching, supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff and trainees The Location Based in regional centre in Victoria, this role offers a lifestyle that is increasingly sought after by specialists looking to step away from metro pressures.

Depending on individual circumstances and specialist assessment status, the service may be able to support a RACP Peer Review position for an appropriately assessed candidate.
