Manufacturing Stores Warehousing Sydney Permanent / Full Time 27/7/2026 Based in the Western Suburbs Join a growing company with progression opportunities Term to Perm opportunity We're working with an manufacturing business looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join their team.
This is a hands on warehouse and inventory role suited to someone who enjoys working on the floor, managing stock movements and ensuring inventory remains accurate and well organised.
You'll work closely with the 3PL.
purchasing and production teams to keep stock moving efficiently, investigate discrepancies and ensure materials are available when required.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or stock control experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their inventory and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate stock movements across warehouses and 3PL partners, ensuring inventory is accurate and available when required.
Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory checks, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records, process stock adjustments and ensure timely ERP transactions.
Manage inbound stock, returns, obsolete and excess inventory.
Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock accuracy, trends and improvement actions.
Work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing and other teams to improve inventory processes.
Support internal and external audits, documentation and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organised working environment.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth day to day operations.
About You We're looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and organised, with experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
You will ideally have: Strong experience using ERP systems, with Syspro highly regarded.
Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret stock data and identify discrepancies.
Experience with goods flow, stock reconciliation, inventory reporting and stock control.
Understanding of GMP, safety, compliance and quality requirements within a warehouse environment.
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A skilled, dependable and proactive approach to your work.
A positive, team-focused "can-do" attitude.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately across the business.
Forklift licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain one.
