Job Description
Next Hotel Melbourne is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee front desk operations and guest experiences across a 255-room property.
You will lead the team, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and coordinate with senior management in your absence.
You bring at least 2 years as a Duty Manager in a 4/5 star hotel, solid communications, grooming, and a calm, solution-focused approach.
Experience with a hotel property management system, First Aid, and RSA are essential.
