Are you passionate about providing nutritious and high-quality meals for children?

Have you completed or nearly completed your qualifications in cookery and food preparation?
Gowrie SA is currently seeking a part time Cook for their Children's Program at Underdale, working 35 hours per week.
This position will be contracted for a 12-month period initially, (with the possibility of extension).
To be successful for this role, you must have experience and be passionate about providing a nutritious and exciting menu that meets children's dietary and allergy requirements.
The successful person will have experience in preparing snacks and meals for large numbers of children (approximately 50 per day).
You will demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and as part of the service community.
Qualifications in cookery and food preparation are essential.
Your passion for Reconciliation, sustainability, cooking with natural herbs and foods, will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must have a current cleared DHS Working with Working with Children check.
