Quality Compliance Coordinator $90,000 - $105,000 + Super | 3-Month Contract with Possibility of Extension | Unley, SA SCHADS Award Level 4 We are working with a well-established community-focused organisation to appoint a Quality Compliance Coordinator for an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the requirements of working within the community services, housing, disability or broader social services sector and is confident working across compliance, quality systems, audits and documentation.
The organisation is currently managing a number of important projects across its programs, making this a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different areas and can bring structure, attention to detail and practical compliance experience.
About the role You will support the organisation to maintain strong quality and compliance practices across its services and programs.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating quality and compliance activities across the organisation Supporting internal and external audit preparation and follow-up Reviewing policies, procedures, documentation and compliance requirements Maintaining compliance registers, records and supporting documentation Assisting with the preparation of reports, submissions and evidence for regulatory and funding requirements Working with internal teams to identify gaps,



risks and areas for improvement Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance actions Gathering and analysing information across different programs Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and ensuring actions are followed through Providing practical advice and support to teams around compliance requirements Assisting with project work relating to disability, housing and specialist service programs About you We are looking for someone with experience in quality, compliance, governance or risk within a community services environment .
You will ideally have: Experience working in a quality or compliance-focused position Strong knowledge of compliance requirements within the community services, disability, housing or social services sectors Experience preparing for or supporting audits Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills The ability to interpret requirements and translate them into practical actions Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working with people across different programs and functions Experience working with policies, procedures, registers, reporting and evidence A practical and collaborative approach to compliance Experience with NDIS compliance,



community housing or specialist housing environments would be highly regarded and applicants without these areas of experiance will not be shortlisted.

The details Position: Quality Compliance Coordinator Location: Unley, SA Employment: Full-time, 3-month contract with possibility of extension Hours: 38 hours per week Remuneration: SCHADS Award Level 4, approximately $90,000 - $105,000 + Superannuation annualised Start: Immediate / by agreement The advertised annual salary is an annualised equivalent for the purposes of the three-month contract.
The successful candidate will be engaged and paid for the duration of the contract.
