The Role Reporting to the Payroll Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for managing superannuation reconciliations, investigating exceptions and ensuring contributions are processed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, superannuation funds and external providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Performing regular reconciliations between payroll systems, clearing houses and superannuation funds Investigating and resolving rejected superannuation contributions Managing superannuation enquiries and maintaining a shared inbox Liaising with employees, payroll providers and superannuation funds to resolve issues Identifying,
