Seeking compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to support older, frail, and disabled clients to maintain their wellbeing and quality of life.
What you'll do: Support personal care needs including hygiene, grooming and daily living tasks Assist with household duties such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining a safe home Provide social support, including shopping, errands and community engagement Help with mobility, transfers and use of equipment Assist with medications, routine care and work as part of a supportive care team What We're Looking For: Certificate 3 Aged Care/ Individual Support or working towards completion Experience working with aged, frail,
