Job Description Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance.
Business partner with key stakeholders to create budgets and monitor performance against targets.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
Support the implementation of process improvements within the Finance function.
Work closely with various teams to align financial goals with organisational objectives.




Team leadership of one direct report ERP - TechOne The Successful Applicant A successful FP A Analyst should have: CA/CPA Qualified Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
Experience working in the not-for-profit sector or a similar workplace would be advantageous Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
What's on Offer Salary of $125,000- $140,000 + super + NFP Benefits.
