Job Description
Take a hands-on leadership role on civil construction projects.
You'll coordinate site activities, lead crews and subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Managementqualifications/experience
Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
Robust understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
