Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) invites applications for an Assistant Functions & Events Manager in our Food & Beverage team.
This full time, permanent role is based at Caulfield Racecourse and covers Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown Racecourses.
You will lead race day and non-race day events, ensuring seamless, high-energy experiences for guests, clients and internal teams.
You'll coordinate staff, briefings and service standards while building strong stakeholder relationships and upholding liquor
