As AssistantManager - Food & Beverage in Private Kitchen, you will lead our highperforming team as we provide an unparalleled level of service for our guestexperience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm,authentic and timely service and serving positive food, drinks and local knowledgeto elevate the guest experience.

What You'll Bring
n
Our Assistant Manager - Food& Beverage you haveproven experience in high end, high volume culinary environments at luxuryhotels or private dining. Your proven experience leading teams to meet ahigh level of excellence will be the key to your success in this role.
n
n
Sound knowledge of the latest trends and experience in the industry;
n
Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitalityexperience;
n
Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced setting;
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
n




Luxury Hotel and Room Service/In Room Dining experience is highlydesirable;
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol;
n
Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or Management highly regarded;
n
Availability to work evenings, a rotating roster, and public holidays;
n
Australian work rights. Please note that we are unable to offerSponsorship for this position.
