HSE Administrator - Marine infrastructure

An established Australian contractor is partnering with ECi Executive to appoint an HSE Administrator to support the delivery of a major marine infrastructure project based in South Gippsland - Residential OR DIDO 5:2
n
This is an prospect to join an experienced project team delivering specialist piling and structural works within a high-risk marine construction environment.
n
Working closely with the project HSE and operational teams, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across safety documentation, compliance and workforce requirements.
n
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates based within commuting distance of the project in Victoria.

Site-based role providing hands-on support across project HSE functions

Your New Role
n
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project HSE team
n
Maintain HSE documentation, registers, training records and compliance systems
n
Assist with site onboarding, inductions and workforce compliance tracking
n
Coordinate tickets,
VOCs and other project documentation requirements
n
Support incident reporting, audits, inspections and corrective action tracking
n
Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, safety documentation and document control
n
Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel regarding HSE administration requirements
n
Support the HSE team in maintaining compliance with project and client requirements
n

Your Experience
n
n
Previous experience within HSE Administration, Project Administration or Compliance Support
n
Experience within construction, civil, infrastructure or contractor-based environments will be highly regarded
n
Strong administration, organisational and document control skills
n
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment
n
Confident using Microsoft Office and project/document management systems
n
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
n
Exposure to HSE systems, site compliance and high-risk construction environments will be advantageous
n

Your Qualifications
n
n
Construction White Card
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded
n
Previous exposure to HSE systems and compliance processes preferred
