About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
n
n
Days: Monday - Friday
n
Hours: 9.00am - 1.00pm
n
Must be flexible to work overtime as required
n
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Delivering warm, skilled face‐to‐face customer service
n
Selling of Vehicle Accessory Products
n
Greeting customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
n
Managing phone, email and in‐person enquiries
n
Supporting the Service Centre Manager with daily operations
n
Updating customers on repair lead times
n
Conducting basic repair inspections on vehicles
n
Educating customers on our full range of services
n
Scheduling repair bookings and managing workflow
n
Issuing invoices and raising job authorities
n
Resolving customer concerns and following up queries
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy and initiative to the team.
n
You will have:
n
n
Strong customer service experience (face‐to‐face preferred)
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
Ability to problem‐solve and create customer‐focused solutions
n
Solid time management and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
n
Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
Administration experience supporting daily operations
n
Comfortable with sales and confident in educating customers on additional services
n
A current driver's licence (essential)
n
Full Australian work rights (essential)
