We're looking for a passionate Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Contract Services Team based on Knoxfield but servicing the Greater Melbourne area.

This is a hands on supervisor role where you'll help people build skills, confidence and independence while delivering high quality property maintenance services.

What you'll be doing
n

Lead and coordinate a diverse crew of employees across property maintenance tasks
n
mentor team members to build skills, independence and workplace confidence
n
contribute to hands-on tasks including commercial cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, painting and test and tag
n
promote and model safe work practices, ensuring compliance and solid safety culture
n
plan and oversee daily operations to deliver work efficiently, professionally and to a high standard
n
n




What you bring
n
n
experience in commercial cleaning with additional skills in one or more of, landscaping, painting, property maintenance
n
confidence using commercial equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure cleaners
n
supervisor experience, communication, and problem solving skills
n
a collaborative mindset and genuine passion for inclusion and supporting others
n
n
Required
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, current drivers license and full Australian working rights (employment is conditional on meeting these requirements)
