Must-HaveSkills
Strong expertise in SQLand Python(or similar programming languages).
Deep experience with AzureData Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Azure Synapse.
Advanced knowledge of DataModelingand Data Warehousing (DWH)concepts
Hands-on exposure toMicrosoftFabricecosystem.
Solid understanding of clouddata architecture and enterprise-scale solutions.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead and own end-to-enddata platform delivery, including design, build, and optimization ofscalable data solutions on Azure.

Architect and govern datapipelines, data models, and enterprise data platformsusing Azure services.
Providetechnicalleadershiptodata engineers, reviewing code, enforcing bestpractices,



and ensuring quality delivery.
Drive development of APIs,Azure Functions, and Python-based solutionsaligned with businessneeds.
Overseecloudinfrastructuremanagementand ensure optimal performance, scalability,and cost efficiency
Define and implement datagovernance, data quality, and security standards.
Establish and drive CI/CD,DevOps practices, and agile delivery frameworksacross the dataplatform.
Collaborate with businessand technical stakeholders, translating requirements into scalablesolutions and roadmaps.
Mentor team members andbuild capability within the data engineering team.
Experience
8+ yearsofexperience in data engineering, with 2–4 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to leadcross-functional teamsand deliver complex data programs.
PreferredSkills
Experience in building enterpriseAPIs and Azure Function Apps.
Exposure to framework-baseddevelopment (proc frameworks or similar).
Experience instakeholdermanagement,solution architecture, and delivery governance.
Strong ownership mindsetwithability to drive outcomes
Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills
Ability to balance technical depth with deliveryleadership
