Yarra Valley Toyota currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled admin candidate to join us, performing all things Reception across our site.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Meet & greet all showroom customers/visitors
n
Answering & directing incoming calls
n
Distribute calls and messages accurately
n
Ensuring the presentation of the Reception/guest area is best in class
n
Maintaining office consumables & supplies
n
Various admin tasks for our Sales and Service Departments, including VicRoads & vehicle transfer administration
n
n
To be successful you will possess:
n
n
Positivity & a proactive can do approach
n
Experience in a reception role managing high volume calls and visitors
n




A professional telephone manner and personal Customer facing presentation
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Solid administrative background/knowledge
n
Organisational skills
n
Sound computer skills – incl. proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
n
Automotive Industry experience is highly regarded
n
