Panettiere Builders is seeking skilled, experienced and reliable Concreters to join our growing construction team working on a residential high-rise project in Newstead, Brisbane.
n
We are looking for reliable concreters who have experience working on large-scale residential construction projects and understand the demands of high-rise construction.
n
About the Role
n
Working as part of our construction team, you will be involved in structural concrete works on a residential high-rise project, including:
n
n
Concrete slabs and suspended slabs
n
Columns, beams and structural walls
n
Formwork and reinforcement preparation
n
Concrete placement, screeding and finishing
n
Setting levels, falls and accurate slab finishes
n
Concrete pours using pumps and other equipment
n
Working around formwork, reinforcement and structural systems
n
General concreting and construction duties
n
Maintaining high-quality finishes and construction standards
n




Working safely and efficiently within a high-rise construction environment
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for concreters who have:
n
n
Proven experience in residential high-rise construction
n
Solid knowledge of structural concrete works
n
Experience with slabs, columns, beams and structural walls
n
Ability to read and work from construction plans
n
Strong understanding of levels, set-outs and concrete finishes
n
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a large construction team
n
Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
n
Commitment to safety and site procedures
n
Current White Card
n
Relevant licences, tickets and qualifications where applicable
n
