Dave Beasley Landscapes Company currently have an exciting chance for a landscaping apprentice to join our team!
n
You will be working alongside our highly skilled and qualified tradespeople learning and mastering your trade.
n
We do mostly hardscaping, with some softscaping included.
n
Responsibilities for this position include:
n
n
To assist in maintaining and developing the designated areas to the required standard in a timely manner.
n
Assist in the maintenance and construction of new/replacement garden beds and tree maintenance/planting.
n
Grass cutting (using walk-behind, ride-on and our-front mowers, edges and brush cutters).
n
General tidying up and rubbish removal.
n
Weed control (manual removal and minor herbicide use).
n




Assure quality of work is performed to a high standard in accordance with expected standards.
n
Complete study and on job components to meet qualification requirements for Cert III Landscaping, which includes travel for training purposes.
n
n
To be successful you will need to have the following: Must have:
n
n
Ability to undertake manual/physical work.
n
Genuine interest in landscaping.
n
Punctual, reliable and energetic.
n
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
n
n
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
