Key Accountabilities
n
n
Prepare layouts with experience in civil pre-casting products
n
Construct formwork to retain wet concrete
n
Interpret drawings, read plans, and specifications to determine materials required
n
Measure, cut, nail, and shape parts
n
Manual handling and labouring duties
n
Mark and line out the formwork of the drawings
n
Erect and dismantle formwork as instructed
n
Assist with steel fixing when required
n
Monitor formwork throughout the pours
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n




Previous experience as a formwork carpenter/labourer
n
Precast experience is highly desirable
n
Forklift and dogging high-risk tickets are highly desirable
n
The ability to multitask, problem solve, and organise, plan, and schedule activities with good time management
n
Have the ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions
n
Be highly motivated with a solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
n
Hold a valid driver's licence
n
