The role
n
We are looking for an early-career builder who wants to ship helpful software for real businesses. This is a client-facing delivery role: you will understand how a business operates, find repetitive work worth automating, then build and deploy the solution.
n
What you will do
n
n
Meet business owners and map their workflows
n
Configure and deploy AI agents and automations
n
Build TypeScript, Python or Ruby integrations
n
Ship features across client deployments and internal tools
n
Test with real scenarios, fix bugs and monitor production systems
n
Communicate clearly with clients and document what you build
n
n
Who we are looking for
n
You might be a current student, recent graduate, self-taught developer, career changer or early-career engineer.
We care about strong programming fundamentals, curiosity and evidence that you can build. You should enjoy learning quickly, working through ambiguity and speaking with non-technical people.
n
Useful but not required: REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, Cloudflare or AWS, LLMs/AI agents, workflow automation or customer-facing implementation experience.
n
What you will get
n
n
Direct daily mentorship from the founders
n
Real responsibility for client outcomes
n
Exposure to AI agents, integrations, infrastructure and customer operations
n
A Claude Max or ChatGPT Pro subscription
