At Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, we're more than a gym - we're an exciting and fast‐growing brand with plans to expand to 60+ clubs by ****. Our state-of-the-art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good setting that motivates, challenges, and inspires.

The Role
n
In this highly significant role, you'll be the first face our members see when they enter the Club. Whatever a potential or existing member needs, you will assist them with your heartfelt professional service, providing every person who walks through the doors, with electric experiences with every interaction. This is a diverse role that will have you switching from greeting members personally & answering the phones to making protein shakes & selling our retail products on the shelves.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Greet everyone & serve customers at both the front desk & café.
n
Answering calls, handling queries & listening to complaints, directing the member to the relevant manager if necessary.
n
Utilise the computer & our various software systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases & assist members with booking classes.
n
Assist parents with booking their kids into Kid's Cartel where needed.
n
Learn about our supplement & apparel range to execute supplement & apparel sales to members.
n
Perform café duties, including using a coffee machine & making protein shakes.
n
Maintain venue cleanliness ensuring the reception/café area are always neat & tidy, the supplement shelves are stocked sufficiently,



and the apparel is precisely displayed.
n
Perform opening & closing duties in a timely manner.
n
Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.
n
Perform other related duties.

What You'll Need To Succeed
n
n
Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
n
A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning & ambition for growth.
n
A passion for health & fitness & eagerness to work for the industry.
n
Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.
n
Have a strong work ethic.
n
Show initiative, be highly motivated & an adaptable team player, with the ability to multitask.
n
Computer literacy & ability to learn new systems.
n
Communicate & uphold, policies & procedures of the business to customers and staff.
n
Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to attain).
n
Have flexibility to work hours suitable for the operations of a gym (Shift schedules are provided in advance).
n
Have Australian working rights.
