We are representing a growing Early Childhood organisation seeking an experiencedCentre Directorto lead their beautiful service near Gisborne.

Salary up to $110,000 - $120,000+ + Super (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead all day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre
n
Drive occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family relationships
n
Build,



mentor and inspire a high-performing team of educators
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
n
Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
n
Deliver high-quality educational programs and continuous improvement initiativesManage staffing, budgets and centre performance
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Previous experience as a Centre Director in an Early Learning Centre
n
Proven ability to grow occupancy and build strong community relationships
n
Robust leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
n
Relevant Early Childhood qualification
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Child Protection training
n
