What You'll Do
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex behaviours and Restrictive Practices
n
Build genuine relationships and rapport with clients, their families, and support networks
n
Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and light domestic duties
n
Support community participation and help participants achieve their NDIS plan goals
n
Implement Behaviour Support Plans with a calm, consistent, and professional approach
n
Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and documentation in line with NDS requirements
n
Work across a variety of shift types including sleepovers, active awake nights, community access, and in-home support
n
About You
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support,



or a related field (or working towards)
n
Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and knowledge of Restrictive Practices
n
Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
n
A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life
n
Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care
n
Own or have regular access to a vehicle for travel between shifts
n
Eligible to work in Australia
n
Mandatory Requirements
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n
Current Working With Children (WWC) Check
n
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
n
