Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure and Open Space

About the Role:
n As Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure and Open Space, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, with a strong focus onstreetscape upgrades, public domain improvements, and urban revitalisation projects.
n
The portfolio also includes buildings, town centre upgrades, parks, roads, stormwater, and other community assets.
n You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.

Key Requirements:
n
n
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field
n
Proven experience delivering streetscape, public domain,



and broader infrastructure projects through design and construction phases
n
End-to-end project delivery experience, including construction management
n
Strong procurement and contract administration experience
n
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
n
Current Class C Driver's Licence and White Card
n
