Our client is looking for a Software Applications Specialist to join their IT team and support the systems that enable their people to work effectively.
n
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys application support, problem solving and improving the way technology is used across the business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Provide application support across business and project delivery systems.
n
Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, integrations and digital workplace technologies.
n
Manage software licensing, upgrades and vendor relationships.
n
Deliver user training, maintain documentation and support application adoption.
n
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and user experience.
n
Support and administer AEC platforms including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam
n
n

About You

You'll have experience supporting business applications and enjoy working with users to deliver practical solutions.
n
Requirements:
n
n
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a business setting.
n
Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Bluebeam
n
Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
n
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
n
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
n
