Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front? We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations across picking, despatch and drivers, with the support of the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Opportunity to lead multiple areas of a busy warehouse operation

The Role
n
Working closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately and on time.
n
Key duties will include:
n
n
Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
n
Leading and coordinating picking, despatch and driver teams
n
Allocating staff and workloads to keep operations running efficiently
n
Supervising, supporting and developing warehouse team members
n
Monitoring productivity and ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achieved
n
Overseeing goods receival, storage and despatch
n
Maintaining accurate stock levels and investigating discrepancies
n
Coordinating cycle counts and stocktakes




n
Ensuring orders are picked and despatched accurately and on time
n
Identifying and resolving workflow issues
n
Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and customer service
n
Ensuring WHS policies and safe work practices are followed at all times
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You'll be an experienced warehouse leader who can communicate confidently with different teams, stay organised when priorities change and lead by example.
n
n
Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse/distribution team
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
Excellent communication skills - essential for this role
n
Experience managing multiple teams or warehouse functions
n
Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory processes
n
Experience with scanners and warehouse inventory systems
n
Ability to work to schedules, deadlines and customer requirements
n
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
n
Confident problem solver who can use initiative and make decisions
n
Ability to maintain productivity while keeping safety front of mind
n
Forklift licence highly regarded
n
