The Opportunity
n
An exciting prospect is available for an Insurance Lawyer,



from Solicitor through to Special Counsel level, to join the Brisbane insurance practice.
n
You will work across a diverse portfolio of defendant insurance matters, with a particular focus on:
n
n
Public liability claims;
n
Personal injury litigation;
n
Property damage claims; and
n
Broader complex liability matters.
n
n
You will have exposure to major Australian and international insurers and work alongside experienced senior practitioners within an established specialist team.
n
The position can be shaped around your level of experience. More junior lawyers will receive strong mentoring and development, while Senior Associate and Special Counsel-level lawyers will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of matters, develop key client relationships and mentor junior team members.
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience within defendant insurance litigation;
n
Public liability experience or exposure to a related insurance practice;
n
Strong litigation, drafting and file-management skills;
n
A commercial and practical approach to claims;
n
Strong client relationship and communication skills; and
n
A collaborative approach to working within a team.
n
n
