About the Role
n
As a Psychologist, you'll provide evidence-based psychological support to children, adolescents and adults across the NDIS, aged care and community sectors (depending on the service).
n
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes while receiving ongoing support from experienced leaders and fellow clinicians.
n

Your Responsibilities
n

Deliver psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions.
n
Develop person-centred treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
n
Support participants experiencing a range of mental health, behavioural and psychosocial challenges.
n
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
n
Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
n
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
n
Participate in supervision, mentoring and ongoing career development.
n

What You'll Bring

n
General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A genuine passion for improving people's lives.
n
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
n
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (where community-based).
n
