About the role:

Flexiforce Australia is seeking Process Workers to join our team on both day and afternoon shifts at our clients Moss Vale facility in NSW.
n
This is an ongoing casual position, with full-time hours, and plays a vital role in our client's manufacturing and assembly operations.
n
As a Process Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the quality of products and the success of our client's business.
n
This role offers stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated manufacturing team.

What you'll be doing:

Operating and monitoring production line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
n
Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards
n
Inspecting finished products for quality control and identifying any defects or issues
n
Preparing materials and components for processing stages
n




Maintaining a clean and safe working setting in compliance with health and safety regulations
n
Recording production data and reporting any equipment malfunctions or concerns to supervisors
n
Following standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
n
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback on processes
n
n
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet output targets
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
n
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to workday and afternoon shifts
n
Physical capability to perform assembly work and operate machinery safely
n
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
n
A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (where applicable)
n
