Total Beauty Network (TBN) is a growing Australian beauty business, and we're expanding our warehouse team in Mulgrave.
n
We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join us in a permanent full-time position. This is a hands‐on warehouse role where forklift operation is the primary focus, supported by a range of general warehouse activities.

About the role
n
Working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock throughout the warehouse and supporting the wider warehouse operation.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Operating high‐reach and counterbalance forklifts
n
Unloading containers and receiving stock
n
Putting stock away into warehouse racking
n
Replenishing pick locations
n
Loading and unloading trucks
n
Moving pallets throughout the warehouse
n
High‐level order picking
n
Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to complete warehouse transactions
n
Following established warehouse processes and working safely
n
Occasional manual handling of cartons up to approximately 8kg
n

About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual

Detail‐oriented
n
Physically capable and comfortable working in a warehouse
n




Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Comfortable following direction and established processes
n
Positive and down‐to‐earth, with a team‐first attitude
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
n
High‐reach forklift experience – strongly preferred
n
Previous warehouse experience – preferred, but not essential
n
RF scanning / WMS experience – strongly preferred, with training provided
n
The ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment
n
Australian working rights, including consideration of candidates with temporary working rights
n
Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
n
