Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator with a passion for large-scale projects. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal and durability of various facilities, leaving a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding.
n
Select and mix paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired colours and finishes.
n
Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
n




Ensure proper masking and protection of adjacent surfaces.
n
Repair and patch surfaces as needed.
n
Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
n
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
n
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator on large-scale projects is desirable.
n
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
n
Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged periods of painting and standing.
n
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
n
Reliable transportation to project sites.
n
Safety certification and knowledge of safety procedures preferred.
