IAG is seeking an External Dispute Resolution Lead in Australia to guide a high-performing team through AFCA-referred general insurance complaints. You will balance regulatory expectations with people leadership to deliver timely, fair outcomes and drive improvements in the complaints journey.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in dispute resolution, knowledge of RG271 and the General Insurance Code, and a customer-centric approach to resolve complex issues with clarity and impact.
