Working as a Customer Experience Officer within a high-volume customer service environment, these roles give you the rare opportunity to assist people in making key decisions regarding their study options, which will ultimately impact their future.

We have multiple opportunities across Brisbane in high-volume Contact Centre, Counter and Application Processing teams that all require passionate service professionals working on a temporary assignment with great prospects for the future.

What will you do?
n
n
Speaking with students over the phone and face-to-face in a Counter environment about courses, enrolment processes and payments.
n
Proactively promote the organisation's range of products and services to increase conversions.
n
Coordinate customer service requests and transactions in a high-volume environment, providing general information and professional advice, ensuring customer needs are continuously met.
n
Achieve individual key performance indicators including adherence, data quality, convert opportunity and average handle time.
n
All roles will see you using multiple systems wth some dedicated to application processing where some outbound follow-up calls are required.

When will I do it?
n
You will work Monday to Friday in a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. You must be able to commit to every day of the assignment, especially the two week-long training period. As a temporary employee,
you will be remunerated at an hourly rate of $***** per hour plus super.
n
These roles are supporting a peak business period, commencing with training from Monday 14 September. This assignment will run through to Friday 6 November.

High volume customer service experience
n
Inbound sales experience is desirable
n
You will have a desire for learning and ongoing self-education.
n
You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions.

You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously while providing individual phone service to members.
n
You will be able to pick up and use multiple systems on each call.
n
The ability to move between our various sites as required. Southside: South Bank, Logan, Mount Gravatt, Alexandra Hills; North Side: South Bank, Ferny Hills, Bracken Ridge and Caboolture.

You must be available every day of the assignment, as no leave will be considered during the peak business period. A compulsory criminal history check will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
