We are a busy, patient-focused Family General Practice dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in October **** (4-5 days per week).

We are seeking an experienced and friendly experienced Practice Manager to join our Team at Everton Hills Family Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and to support the practice in reaching its full potential.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Greet and welcome patients with a high standard of customer service.
n
Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and phone calls using Pracsoft.
n
Process Medicare, DVA directly through Pracsoft.
n
Coordinate patient documentation and doctor messaging via Medical Director.
n
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.
n
Observe practice workflows to prepare for future management duties.
n
Oversee daily clinic operations, billing efficiencies, and patient flow.
n




Utilize Pracsoft reporting tools for practice finances and billing reconciliation.
n
Manage staff rostering, recruitment, and clinical team training.
n
Ensure clinic compliance with workplace safety and RACGP accreditation standards.
n
Implement strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient care.
n
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
n
Essential: Minimum 12 months experience in Practice Manager position.
n
Essential: Experience using Medical Director & Pracsoft software preferred.
n
Essential: Solid understanding of Medicare & DVA billing and Bulk-billing
n
Demonstrated leadership capabilities or a strong desire to progress into clinic management.
n
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
n
