SuccessVisa is an established Australian migration and education consultancy with offices in Parramatta NSW, Toongabbie NSW, Melbourne CBD VIC, Werribee VIC and Chandigarh, India. We handle the full spectrum of visa work: SC482 Skills in Demand, ENS/RSMS, Skilled Independent/Nominated ************), Partner ********, *******), Student (500), Visitor (600) and complex review and appeal matters.

The opportunity
n
We are looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent (MARN) for our Werribee office. This is a role for someone who already knows the industry - you will take ownership of your own caseload and client relationships from the start.
n
You will not be working alone. You join a team of Registered Migration Agents across our Melbourne and Sydney offices, so there is always a colleague to talk a complex matter through with. You will also be provided with a team of migration admins to support your cases, based in our Chandigarh operations office, so your time goes on advising and lodging rather than paperwork.

Werribee is a short walk from Werribee train station and serves a growing and diverse catchment across Melbourne's west, so there is steady client flow from day one.

Key responsibilities
n
Conduct client consultations and provide qualified migration advice across a range of visa categories
n
Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation
n
Manage your own caseload end to end - initial advice through to lodgement, requests for further information and decision
n
Direct your migration admin team on document collection, file preparation and client follow-up
n
Deliver clear,



practical migration solutions and manage client expectations on timeframes and risk
n
Collaborate with our other Registered Migration Agents on complex and review matters
n
Maintain accurate file notes and comply with the Code of Conduct and all OMARA obligations
n
Stay across legislative and policy changes and share the implications with the team
n
Requirements
n
Current and valid MARA registration (MARN) - mandatory
n
Demonstrated experience working in the migration industry - this is not an entry-level role
n
Genuine working knowledge across multiple visa categories, not a single specialisation
n
Proven consultation experience - you have advised clients directly and are comfortable delivering difficult advice
n
Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways
n
Excellent written communication, organisational and client management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and efficiently
n
Proficiency in LEGENDcom, ImmiAccount and Microsoft Office
n
Preferred
n
Experience with review and appeal matters
n
Fluency in an additional community language relevant to our client base
n
Experience delegating to an admin or offshore support team
n
