We are a growing Australian business specialising in furniture and electric fireplaces. We operate a modern showroom and warehouse in Seven Hills, as well as selling through our own website and multiple online marketplaces.

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and proactive Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our office and showroom team. This is a wide-ranging role involving customer service, showroom sales, order support, basic warranty coordination and e-commerce administration. Social media experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Greet and assist walk-in customers in our showroom
n
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer enquiries
n
Respond to customer emails regarding product information, order status, delivery arrangements and after-sales support
n
Assist with warranty and after-sales enquiries, including collecting relevant photos and information from customers
n
Follow up on open customer service and warranty cases and maintain accurate internal notes
n
Work together with the customer service team to share phone, email and showroom responsibilities
n
Check product listings across e-commerce platforms to ensure products are live and information is accurate
n
Support basic sales reporting and weekly order tracking
n
Assist with other general office and administrative duties when required
n

What We're Looking For




n
n
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales or a similar role
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Friendly, outgoing and confident when assisting customers by phone, email and in person
n
Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
n
Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and e-commerce platforms quickly
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for basic reporting and order tracking
n
Australian work rights, including citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work visa
n

Desirable but Not Essential

Experience with Shopify or online marketplaces
n
Basic social media experience, including taking product photos or short videos and posting content
n
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, or basic video-editing apps
n
