We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique Melbourne law firm that has built a strong reputation through exceptional client service, long-standing relationships, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
With continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced
Conveyancer
to join their close-knit team.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working with a loyal client base and supported by experienced legal professionals and administration staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement
Preparing contracts, Section 32 Statements and transfer documentation
Coordinating PEXA settlements
Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financial institutions
Conducting title and property searches
Managing critical dates and ensuring smooth progression of matters
Providing exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practice
Strong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing procedures
Experience managing matters independently from start to finish
LEAP experience (essential)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Solid attention to detail and organisational ability
A proactive and positive approach to your work
