Alpine Hotel Bright, part of the Jacob Group, is seeking qualified Chefs/Cooks to join the team in Bright VIC. You will develop seasonal menus, assist with meal design, and ensure timely kitchen operations while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires 3 years of Chef/Cook experience, a Diploma in Commercial Cookery, OH&S; awareness, and Food Handling and RSA certificates. Salary range $70,000–$85,000 per year plus super, full time.
