About the role:

Join a highly regarded and growing Brisbane practice and work through a variety of matters across employment, industrial relations and workplace safety, including:
n
n
Appearing at the Fair Work Commission.
n
Providing advice about an employee's suspension or ill-health management.
n
Drafting submissions in response to a discrimination claim.
n
Advising on steps to address a workplace conduct complaint.
n
Getting evidence for an underpayment dispute.
n
Workplace conduct and psychosocial risk matters.
n
Serious workplace incidents and regulator investigations.
n
WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
3+ years' PQE inemployment, industrial relations and/or workplace safety.
n
Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in workplace law.
n
Experience managing matters and competing priorities.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
