The Opportunity

who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused environment.

As a Barista, you will play animportant role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and servinghigh-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customerservice. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smoothdaily operations across our busy café outlets.

To ensure your success in thisrole, you will have:
n
n
Previous barista experience in a quick-pacedhospitality environment
n
Ability to prepare high-quality coffeeconsistently and efficiently
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Experience using POS systems
n




A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
n
Understanding of food safety and hygienestandards
n
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster,including weekends and public holidays
n
n
Your responsibilities willinclude:
n
n
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, andlight menu items
n
Delivering friendly and efficient customerservice
n
Taking orders and processing transactions viaPOS
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workarea
n
Supporting daily café operations, includingopening and closing duties
n
Working collaboratively with kitchen andfront-of-house teams
n
n
