The Grand Hotel Kiama Position : Full Time Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Location : Kiama, NSW Associated with the Robertson Public House, The Grand Hotel Kiama is a family friendly pub located in Kiama NSW, situated minutes from the beach and offering a modern bistro and budget accommodation for couples and groups. The Grand Hotel Kiama is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine Creativity and high presentation standards

Ability to create dishes with consistency Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes Ability to contribute to menu planning

Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality
n
Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure setting Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry

Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
