Job Description
Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ solid team, oversee daily operations and high-volume stock management in a busy department. You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, ensuring Best Experience and safety standards while driving sales.

You will train and develop the team, manage rostering, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams, including weekend shifts and some public holidays.
