Our client has been established over 30 years,is a diversified business and has a strong focus in development and building delivering residential projects across medium density and detached housing.

About the Position:
n
Due to growth, an exciting chance exists for an Estimating Manager to join the team in a key leadership role. We are considering candidates from other states that may be open to a relocation to Sunny QLD!
n
Supporting a large estimating department this role will be responsible for the following
n
Responsibilities will include:
n
Manage workflow across the Sales and Production teams.
n
Lead Estimating team recruitment and performance
n




Creating master BOQ files
n
Approving purchase orders and extra orders to site
n
Manage workflow across the deparment
n
Contribute to procurement and pricing discussions
n
Skills and Experience
n
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
n
5 years residential estimating experience
n
Experience in an Estimating Manager position or similar within a volume builder
n
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
n
A focus on achieving targets and quality results
n
Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
n
