About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to join a professional corporate office within the travel industry, based in East Perth. This is a varied and hands-on position, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative support across senior management, HR, IT, member services, finance and company events.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, you will take ownership of the administration function and play an important role in maintaining an organised, efficient and positive office environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing general office administration, incoming calls and the administration inbox
n
Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, safety and suppliers
n
Managing stationery, merchandise and office requirements
n
Coordinating travel bookings and company events
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
n
Assisting with internal communications, meetings and presentations
n
Providing first-level IT and systems support to staff
n
Maintaining databases, websites and internal systems
n
Supporting member enquiries and onboarding
n
Assisting with finance administration, including debtor follow-up
n
Coordinating company training and providing support with business systems
n
Assisting with conferences, meetings and other corporate events
n
Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
n
n
About You
n
You will be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.
n
We are looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a senior administration, office management or supervisory role
n
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
n
High-level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
n
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a small team
n
A proactive approach and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
n
n
